How to Make a Claim

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos of the issue along with your order number to sales@lumopackaging.com. We will respond within 2 business days.

Resolution Options

Depending on the issue, we may offer a reprint, replacement, or full refund. Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
