Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy before placing an order.

Custom Orders

Because all products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, refunds are only issued in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by Lumo Packaging. Refunds are not available for approved artwork errors or change-of-mind cancellations once production has begun.

Defective Products

If you receive defective or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a reprint or issue a full refund at our discretion.
